Dunno what is going on but resently you won't accept my Bank card
Whats the point. Its currently 6am and i need a taxi to get to work. The app once again tells me no bookings can be taken at this time. I cant ring it in as im paying by card and cant book by card over the phone or even in the car. Card bookings on app only. Really needs sorted as i cant be the only one frustrated by this
First class service I would not use any other firm
No notifications to say taxi driver is late. Rang up to be told taxi would be 15 mins late. Has already pre booked at 11am so would have thought I'd have a slot. Disappointing really
just says 'unavailable' when you try to get a taxi, even if you give 2 hours notice.
Realy good reliable company.
